🔋 1. Product Warranty Policy
All new generators and parts come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specific period (as mentioned on the invoice).
Used or refurbished generators are sold with a testing and performance guarantee only, unless stated otherwise.
Warranty is void if damage occurs due to mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Electrical components, control panels, and consumables (filters, batteries, oil, etc.) are not covered under the warranty unless specified.
🔧 2. Service & Maintenance Policy
Regular servicing should be performed as recommended to maintain generator efficiency.
We offer on-site and off-site service depending on the generator size and location.
Any delay in maintenance or unauthorized repair by a third party may affect warranty validity.
Emergency support is available for existing customers based on technician availability.
💰 3. Payment & Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm generator booking or service.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or company cheque (subject to clearance).
All payments must be made to official company accounts only.
🚚 4. Delivery & Installation Policy
We offer nationwide delivery and installation services.
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and distance.
Installation must be carried out by our certified technicians to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
Additional transportation or lifting charges may apply for large-capacity generators.
🔁 5. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong delivery and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Generators or parts once used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
Transportation charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error is from our side.

All quotations issued by Gennect Generators are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Any price changes after the validity period will be communicated in writing before order confirmation.
